On the day of arrival you receive the instructions for the 24/7 self check-in. Complete the steps requested and make your own way to the room, available from 3 pm. For any question about your arrival you can contact us.

In all three rooms you find a private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a minibar, a coffee machine and a kettle. Linen and daily cleaning come with your stay, so you can give more time to the city.

For breakfast you can pick one of the cafés in the upper town; it is not served on site. If you travel by car, write to us before arriving about the ZTL permit and the public car parks we recommend.

Good to know: building without a lift, floors reached by stairs; no private parking; self check-in with no staffed reception. The ZTL permit is separate from parking: it costs 10 euros one-off and we need your number plate before you arrive.
